Authenticall from Mobix is a new patented 2-way, 2-factor strong authentication product for telephony. The key here is "2-way" - both the agent and the customer are pre-authenticated prior to the call being connected. The customer can even chose the timing and location of the call (PC SIP, Mobile, Home Phone, Work Phone). This results in more calls per agent, fewer abandoned calls, reduced fraud potential and greater customer satisfaction. We can also assist with PCI DSS compliance if that is a requirement. 

Although the extension into telephony is new, it's foundation is a robust security platform with technology that already has millions of users - PINsafe (see www.swivelsecure.com our sister company). 

The security can also be used for remote access, web access, internet banking, transactional security as well as phone calls and negates security threats such as key logging, shoulder surfing, man-in-the-middle, phishing, pharming and vishing (voice phishing). The solution has a low cost of ownership and can work with any phone and it requires no new hardware (tokenless).
