Authenticall from Mobix is a new patented 2-factor, strong, mutual authentication product for telephony. The key here is "2-way", both the agent and the customer are pre-authenticated prior to the call being generated. The customer can even chose the timing and location of the call (PC SIP, Mobile, Home or Work Phone). This results in more calls per agent, fewer abandoned calls, reduced fraud potential and greater customer satisfaction. Authenticall also assists with PCI DSS compliance and provides cloud based transaction security.

Although the extension into secure telephony is new, its foundation is a robust security platform that already has millions of users - PINsafe. PINsafe is a patented security solution from www.swivelsecure.com, another Marr Group company.

The security can also be used for remote access, web access, internet banking, transactional security as well as phone calls and negates security threats such as key logging, shoulder surfing, man-in-the-middle, phishing, pharming and vishing (voice phishing). The solution has a low cost of ownership and can work with any phone and it requires no new hardware (tokenless).
