They get a User ID, PIN, record a Pass Phrase & install an application to PC and / or mobile
The user requests to call another registered user (person , company or call centre) via the application
Authenticall system checks to see if the user is active
If they are then they get a request to connect and authenticate (via PC, Mobile or Call Centre Application). They also get a Call ID number.
If they are not active, then the call is routed via an IVR (automated recording with prompts), with authentication in call. They hear their Pass Phrase, before they authenticate.
