How Authenticall Works: Out Bound

  1. Install Authenticall & integrate with Call Centre software
  2. Users Register
  3. They get a User ID, PIN, record a Pass Phrase & install an application to PC and / or mobile
  4. The Call Centre requests to call another registered user (person, company or call centre)
  5. Authenticall system checks to see if the user is active
  6. If they are active then they get a request to connect and authenticate (via PC, Mobile or Call Centre Application).  They also get a Call ID number.
  7. If they are not then the call is routed via an IVR(automated recording with prompts), with authentication in call. They hear their Pass Phrase, before they authenticate.
  8. Authentication is completed using PINsafe
  9. They hear their Pass Phrase and the Call ID number.
  10. The calls are connected with both parties already authenticated
